Whadda I know??? The first thing I know is that this post isn't turning out exactly liked I planned... but there's more than one way to skin a cat!
In fact, that could be a central theme of my experience in the EMDT program. So many times I've had an idea that the technology didn't support or I had all the technological support I could dream of sans any bright ideas. I can't tell you how many times I've had to go back to the drawing board or enact a "plan b." But that's just the thing, there's always more than one way to attack a problem or, in my case, a project.
Below is an embedded Picasa Web Album featuring a slideshow of some of my work, from websites to mindmaps to keynotes. I was hoping that users could control the speed of the slideshow, but that doesn't appear to be a function provided. Captions describing each image/project are available by clicking on what looks to be a conversation bubble on the bottom left of the slideshow.
Usability Issue: This is part of the embedded slideshow I am not so jazzed about! If you turn on the captions, the slideshow plays too quickly to actually read them. So users are forced to stop and start the slideshow if they want ample time to read the image descriptions.
So instead of just posting this entry and letting the slideshow speak for itself, I offer the troubleshooting directions above.
So what do I know?
A little of this... A little of that... I consider myself a graphic designer that dabbles in web. But my surprise passion, as revealed by my exposure to it here in the EMDT program is video and film! But more about that in Part 2...

Great slideshow. Thanks for the non-caption heads-up. I don't know if I would have even tried. Great job.
